Returns
You must return your item on the final day of your rental period.
If you selected SHIP at check-out, you will find a pre-paid returns label in your parcel. Simply place the item in the enclosed mailer bag with the label pre-attached, and drop off at your local Royal Mail post office before 12pm.
If you selected PICK-UP at check-out, you will need to drop your item back to the studio on the final day of your rental. Please drop-off at 306A Portobello Road before 3pm.
For every late day, we reserve the right to charge £20 per day, for every day after the rental end date. You can contact us for any returns questions at rentals@loanthelook.com.
