Returns
You must return your item on the final day of your rental period.
If you selected SHIP at check-out, you will find a pre-paid returns label in your parcel. Simply stick the label to the outside of the original packaging and drop it off at any DPD drop-off point before 12pm. To find your local drop-off point, click here.
If you selected PICK-UP at check-out, you will need to drop your item back to the studio on the final day of your rental. Please drop-off at 91 Nottingwood House, W11 4JH before 3pm.
For every late day, we reserve the right to charge £20 per day, for every day after the rental end date. You can contact us for any returns questions at rentals@loanthelook.com.
