Returns

You must return your item on the final day of your rental period.

If you selected SHIP at check-out, you must return your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and signed for), insured up to the full value of the item (not the rental value). The rental will come with a spare mailer bag to use for the return with our address attached. You must drop off the parcel at your local Royal Mail post office before 12pm.

If you selected PICK-UP at check-out, you will need to drop your item back to the studio on the final day of your rental. Please drop-off at 306A Portobello Road before 3pm.

For every late day, we reserve the right to charge £20 per day, for every day after the rental end date. You can contact us for any returns questions at rentals@loanthelook.com.
