For London clients we provide an eco-courier service. For £10 the courier will drop your Look(s) off on day 1 of your rental, and collect again on your final day. They deliver and collect 7 days a week, within a time window you select, anytime 9am-9pm. Once you have checked out, you will receive an e-mail from Quiver to book your collection time slot.
Alternatively, London clients can also collect and drop back to our studio on Portobello Road for free.
Outside of London, our delivery fee is £9.50. Your Look(s) will be delivered by Royal Mail on day 1 of your rental (usually before 1pm). To return, simply place the Look(s) into the enclosed mailer bag, which has our address already applied, and drop off at your local Post Office on the final day of your rental. NB you MUST return using the Royal Mail Special Delivery pre 1pm Service and will be charged a late fee if you use any other service.
We recommend you to book your start date the day before you are planning to wear your look.
*If the date shows as black (available) on a Thursday, or a Friday, but grey (not available) on a Saturday/Sunday, it is STILL AVAILABLE for the weekend. If you have queries about availability, get in touch!
